Who is liable if I am injured in a tender boat accident?
A: The cruise line is liable if you're injured on a tender boat accident. Very often, the cruise ships are so large that they can't pull up to the dock or pier in far end ports. If that happens, then the cruise line has the duty to use a tender boat to bring you to and from the ship. If you're hurt on the tender boat, the cruise line is responsible.
